What do we do differently?

Actually not much, because the questions should be more correct: which fact do we take more seriously than others and therefore put it in the center of all reflection & work for a sustainable, effective & good leadership & cooperation culture?

Throughout my entire professional career as an „HR Professional“, it has been found almost mantra-like that the decisive (limiting or promoting) factor for successful leadership and a good corporate culture depends to a large extent on the values actually lived in the company or its leaders. However, this „treasure of knowledge“ has rarely been raised. 

Despite this „clarity“, there was often not even a common transparency about what exactly these values & implicit design principles are – which is why many attempts to change a situation that is no longer perceived as „appropriate“ or to expand the behavioral spectrum of people, are like flying blind over new territory.

This is exactly where we do things „differently“ and always start directly with the question of values – because only a compass that knows „north“ can point the way. But „north“ is not there (as many think), where the target image is located, but where the orientation scale and the source of power is located, at which one is „aligned“, even if the situation seems to be uncertain or the basic conditions and target images change.

„Worxphere“ is composed of „work“ and „sphere“. Worxphere coaching is ultimately always about understanding the ever-active spheres of values that permeate – more or less consciously – all system-relevant dimensions, like leaven to bread dough. Only after we have identified „North“, we ask which design elements will support the company & its people sensibly and effectively.
